Line configurations
| Model | Capacity | Line configuration |
|---|---|---|
| Batch Chocoline 500/P | 500 kg/3h | AOK-500 Preparation Mixer, ABM-500 Batch System Ball Mill |
| Batch Chocoline 1000/P | 1000 kg/4–5h | AOK-1000 Preparation Mixer, ABM-1000 Batch System Ball Mill |
The Batch System is designed for low-capacity production of chocolate, compound, and cream fillings. The refining cycle in the Ball Mill is approximately 3 hours for the ABM-500 model and 4–5 hours for the ABM-1000 model, depending on the powdered sugar-based recipe and the required fineness.
Automation options
Add a load cell group and powder raw-material feeding bunkers to the preparation mixer, and ingredient dosing becomes automated and weighed to specification — repeatable recipes without an operator on a scale.
Batch or continuous refining
A batch line trades hourly throughput for flexibility and a lower purchase price. For sustained high-volume output the Conti Ball Mill is the better fit; below that, the batch line earns its keep — and because it uses the same Alpy preparation mixers and storage tanks as our continuous systems, upgrading later means adding equipment, not replacing it.
