Engineering the Next Generation of Chocolate Production

At ALPY, innovation drives every machine we design. By combining advanced engineering, intelligent automation, and decades of expertise, we create flexible chocolate production systems that help manufacturers stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry. We engineer the future of chocolate manufacturing.

PATENTED TECHNOLOGY

The line our customers ask for by name.

Our patented Rotary Depositor Drop Chocolate Line produces drop, button, stick, and chunk chocolates from real chocolate or compound, at capacities from 300 kg/h to 2 tons/h. More than 40 of these lines are running in production today.

MOULDING LINES

Same weight, same finish, mould after mould.

Our moulding lines run on servo automation with the proprietary ALPY Cam Profile Depositing Program, so every deposit lands the same shot after shot. Solid bars, one-shot fillings, shell moulding, 3D figures: the stations are modular, and the frame is built for wash-down hygiene between batches.

SINCE 1985

Chocolate lines built in Istanbul. Running in 45+ countries.

Tell us your product, your target capacity, and your floor space. Our engineers will come back with a configuration, a layout, and a realistic commissioning plan — not a brochure.

PRECISION CONTROL

Set the recipe on the touchscreen. The line holds it.

Recipes are set on the PLC touchscreen: ingredient weights, mixing times, motion profiles for every servo station. Ingredients are dosed by load cell and the servo axes move in sync, so every batch, every mould, comes out the same as the last.

Why Choose ALPY Moulding Lines?

ALPY moulding lines run on servo automation with precise depositing, so every mould gets the same weight and the chocolate sets clean.

They handle solid chocolates, one-shot filled products, shell moulding, 3D figures, and specialty lines — you set the recipe and format, the process control keeps the run steady. The frame is built for wash-down hygiene, so cleaning between batches is quick.

Fewer rejects, less waste, and a product that looks the same from the first mould to the last.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a chocolate production line cost?
There is no single list price — a chocolate line is configured to your product, capacity, and level of automation. A single machine such as a tempering machine or a melting tank is a modest investment; a complete turnkey line scales with throughput. Tell us your target output and product type and we will prepare a costed configuration rather than a generic quote.
What machines do I need to start a chocolate factory?
A basic chocolate line needs, in sequence: a preparation mixer to blend ingredients, a refiner (ball mill) to reduce particle size, a tempering machine to stabilise the cocoa butter, and a moulding or depositing line to form the finished product — plus storage and service tanks, and often a sugar mill and a fat melting tank. Alpy builds all of these and supplies them individually or as one integrated plant.
What production capacity (kg/h) do I need?
Capacity should match your sales plan. Our refiners run from 400 to 1,000 kg/h continuous or 500–1,000 kg batch cycles; tempering machines from 250 to 1,500 kg/h; and the patented rotary drop line from 300 kg/h to 2 tons/h. Share your weekly volumes and we will size each stage so nothing is a bottleneck and nothing is oversized.
Do you deliver and install turnkey lines abroad?
Yes. Alpy machines run in more than 45 countries. We design the line, manufacture it in our Istanbul factory, and handle shipping, installation, and commissioning, with operator training so your team can run the line confidently from day one.
Can Alpy machines work with my existing equipment?
Yes. Our machines integrate with third-party lines as well as with other Alpy equipment. If you are upgrading or expanding one stage, we match the new machine to your current setup instead of asking you to replace what already works.
How long does delivery and commissioning take?
Lead time depends on the configuration and our production schedule — a single machine is faster than a full turnkey plant. We give a realistic timeline with the quotation, and we encourage serious buyers to visit the factory and inspect machines under construction before ordering.
