The ALPY Figure Depositor is powered by an advanced CNC-based motion control system, delivering exceptional decorating precision and repeatability.

The artwork of each figure is converted into G-code using dedicated ALPY software. These G-code files are then transferred directly to the PLC, enabling the depositor to reproduce highly detailed chocolate decorations with CNC-level accuracy, synchronized motion control, and outstanding repeatability.

3D Axis Depositor

The ALPY Single-Color 3D Axis Depositor is engineered for maximum mechanical efficiency and decorating precision. The system performs chocolate decoration exclusively through the movement of the depositing head, while specially heated flexible hoses ensure a continuous and stable chocolate flow.

The custom-designed heated hoses are protected by spring supports, preventing hose deformation or cross-sectional restriction during movement. This guarantees uninterrupted product flow at the nominal capacity throughout the decorating process.

Powered by a fully servo-controlled architecture, the 3D Figure Depositor executes highly precise X-, Y- and Z-axis movements to deposit single-color chocolate accurately into predefined positions within the mould.
