MODUFLEX™ Moulding Line

The MODUFLEX™ Moulding Line is a fully modular chocolate moulding solution engineered to adapt to your production. Optional process stations can be seamlessly integrated to create a tailor-made line for your specific requirements. The moulding line can be designed in either a straight or rectangular layout to suit the customer's available production space.

PIN-DRIVE™ Moulding Line

The Pin-Drive System is a mould transport mechanism in which the moulds are driven by the precise engagement of the male drive pins mounted on the conveyor chain with the corresponding female sockets integrated into the moulds. This design ensures accurate mould positioning, reliable synchronization, and stable transport throughout the entire production line.

Elegance® Shell Moulding Line

The ALPY Shell Moulding Line has been specifically developed with a process philosophy focused on achieving perfectly uniform chocolate shell thickness at every point of the product. Through optimized depositing, spinning and cooling technologies, the system delivers exceptional shell consistency, superior product quality and outstanding repeatability. According to the customer's available production space, the line can be configured in either a straight layout (Elegance™ Model) or a rectangular layout (Loop™ Model).

Spinner Moulding Line

The ALPY Spinner Hollow Chocolate Moulding Line is specifically engineered for the production of high-quality hollow chocolate products.

Match the line to the product you want to make. For solid and one-shot filled products, the PIN-DRIVE is the dedicated, economical line and the MODUFLEX is the modular one for a moving product range. Filled chocolates with true shells need the Elegance® Shell Moulding Line; hollow and 3D figure chocolates need the Spinner Moulding Line.

Alpy Full Automatic Chocolate Moulding Lines are produced with the following mould dimensions: 470 x 200 x 30 mm, 600 x 205 x 30 mm, and 800 x 245 x 30 mm.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which moulding line do I need — bars, pralines, or hollow figures?

Match the line to the product. For solid and one-shot filled bars, the PIN-DRIVE is the dedicated, economical choice and the MODUFLEX is the modular one for a changing range. For filled chocolates with true deposited shells, you need the Elegance® Shell Moulding Line. For hollow and 3D figures such as Easter eggs and Santas, you need the Spinner Moulding Line.

What is one-shot moulding?

One-shot deposits the shell and the filling at the same time in a single step, instead of moulding a shell, cooling it, filling it, and capping it separately. It is faster and simpler for many filled products. The MODUFLEX and PIN-DRIVE lines are one-shot capable.
